1. Membership Agreement
By becoming a member of Cultr Gym, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all gym rules. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered member.
2. Eligibility
- Members must be at least 16 years old unless participating in an approved junior membership.
- Members under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Membership Fees
- Membership fees are payable in advance by Direct Debit or other agreed payment method.
- Joining fees and administration fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.
- The gym reserves the right to amend membership fees by giving at least 30 days' written notice.
4. Membership Types
The benefits, pricing, minimum terms, and access rights vary depending on the membership selected. These will be confirmed when joining.
5. Cooling-Off Period
Where required by law (for example, if the membership is purchased online or off-premises), members have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which they may cancel in accordance with applicable legislation. If the member requests immediate access to the gym during this period, the gym may deduct a proportionate amount for services already used if cancellation occurs within the cooling-off period.
6. Minimum Term
Where a minimum membership term applies:
- The member agrees to pay membership fees for the agreed minimum period.
- After the minimum term expires, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
7. Cancelling Membership
- Rolling memberships may be cancelled by giving 30 days' written notice.
- Fixed-term memberships cannot normally be cancelled before the end of the minimum term except:
- Serious illness or permanent medical condition preventing exercise (medical evidence required);
- Relocation more than 20 miles from the gym (proof required);
- Any other circumstance where cancellation is required by law.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing or through the gym's designated cancellation process. Cancelling a Direct Debit alone does not cancel membership.

9. Health Declaration
Members confirm that:
- They are physically fit to exercise.
